Monitors all types of our Indoor self-service kiosks
ECR MONITORING is one of our central systems developed to monitor the status of our POS systems components installed at petrol stations. Our customers, service partners and service support team use this tool to monitor its current operational status that is up-dated every two minutes in the central system. The obtained status is displayed via a web application at the service control room marked by a traffic lights warning system on large screens.
The application can also be accessed via web browsers for a detailed view of current and also historical status information of monitored devices. The application has been developed to work and to be displayed responsively on various types of devices such as large screens, desktop PCs, tablets and mobile devices. For all different types of monitored events and changes in their status, it is possible to set up an automatic alert by sending a SMS or an e-mail.
Central monitoring allows us to
proactively monitor network and operational availability of all connected components
have a clear view of the equipment marked by a traffic lights warning system which signals a problem, warning or error that needs to be addressed
centralise monitoring of the operational status of the equipment, for example: running out of paper, out of paper in the document printer, current status of banknotes in the vault, status of the payment device, status of the connection to the dispensing technology, etc.
monitor and evaluate from the device history all system information and statuses that are crucial for the error-free operation of equipment at petrol stations
view a history of warning and error statuses to analyze and prevent operational problems
set up the sending of up-to-date operational information via SMS/email to petrol station managers, specific watchmen or the customer’s operations department, without the need to log into the central application
archive current equipment configurations and changes at the petrol stations
integrate with the UNICODE helpdesk system and third-party helpdesk systems
record users, their contact details and roles for authorised access to the system
allow specific users access only to the petrol stations and facilities they operate
We are still working on new features, innovations, optimizations and integration of new external systems.
