Our Customer Service Centre is an essential part of our 24/7 support for the smooth operation of petrol stations and their central systems. The department was established in 2009 and it’s based on many years of experience and proven practices.
Our work does not end with the development and sale of our information systems. Our team of lecturers provides our customers with user documentation, new user training and subsequent user support throughout the use of our system.
Our company runs its own data centre with Geo-cluster architecture. It has the highest physical and system security in high-availability mode. All central products and applications are continuously updated as part of our company’s strategic development, maintaining security standards, and maximizing our customer satisfaction.
